• 1. Eligibility
  Anyone of age (18 years and older) can participate in our giveaways. Participation is absolutely free, you do not need to make any payments or transfer any banking data.

  Every giveaway on giveninja.org is organized and created only by its users. Our service is a medium that provides such a possibility and is responsible for issuing the prize to the winner. In cases when a giveaway creator does not provide a prize, giveninja.org will do that instead or provide the winner with the monetary value of the prize.

You also agree to accept every giveaway Creator's decision as final and binding as it pertains to the content of the giveaway.

  To keep you well-informed, we will send you notifications after every status update of the giveaway you participate in. The communication channels we use may include, but are not limited to, email, social networks, and push notifications. We will notify you when the giveaway starts, its results, and if somebody creates a new giveaway on this page.

• 5. Giveaway period
  Entries are accepted starting soon. No online entries will are accepted after starting soon. If you see a countdown at the giveaway, it means that the giveaway is active and you can see how much time is left until its end

• 8. Drawing
  Starting soon, the giveaway creator will determine the winners by a random drawing via random.org. Once selected, the winner will be notified via our message system and email.

• 9. Creator and sponsor
  This giveaway was created and sponsored by "Raven". Every giveaway on giveninja.org is created by its user. A giveaway creator can cancel, suspend, and modify the contents of their giveaway if anything hinders the proper functioning of the giveaway. The giveaway creator reserves the right, at their own discretion, to remove any giveaway participant tampering with the entry process or the giveaway functions or those violating the Rules of this or any other giveaway.

• 10. Limitation of Liability
  By participating in the giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor or giveninja.org service, and each of their respective partners, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, other companies associated with the giveaway, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents (the Released Parties) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the giveaway or receipt or use of the prize (including any travel or activity related thereto), including, but not limited to: (a) any technical errors associated with the giveaway, including lost, interrupted or unavailable Internet Service Provider (ISP), network, server, wireless service provider, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone, cellular tower or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; (b) unauthorized human intervention in the giveaway; (c) mechanical, network, electronic, computer, human, printing, or typographical errors; (d) application downloads; (e) any other errors or problems in connection with the giveaway, including, without limitation, errors that may occur in the administration of the giveaway, the announcement of the winner, the cancellation or postponement of the event and/or the flyover, if applicable, the incorrect downloading of the application, the processing of entries application downloads or in any giveaway-related materials; or (f) injury, death, losses, or damages of any kind, to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrants participation in the giveaway or acceptance, receipt or misuse of the prize (including any travel or activity related thereto). Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the giveaway, and in no event shall the entrant be entitled to receive attorney's fees. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the giveaway. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.

• 11. Disputes
  This giveaway is regulated by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria in disregard of law doctrine conflicts. As a prerequisite of entering this giveaway, the participant agrees that all disputes that cannot be settled between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Blagoevgrad having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall participant be allowed to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this giveaway). Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

• 12. Privacy
  All information indicated when entering a giveaway is subject to the Privacy Policy of giveninja.org. Please be notified that giveninja.org is not liable for the information posted or shared on third-party websites to earn points. Make sure to read the privacy policies of those third-party resources to ensure your data safety.

• 13. Winners
  The list of winners is published on the giveaway page once the drawing is finished. In case the Grand Prize Winner cannot be reached within five days after the date of the first contact attempt, the Grand Prize goes back to the giveaway creator. All other winners will receive their points automatically.
